We do our best to keep information accurate, but destination costs, laws, and conditions change. Please verify before acting.

Cost of living estimates, tax rules, healthcare access, visa requirements, climate data, and local conditions change over time. RetireVibes strives to update this information regularly, but we cannot guarantee that any specific piece of information is current or accurate at the time you read it. Destination laws, regulations, insurance costs, real estate markets, and currency exchange rates are especially subject to rapid change.

RetireVibes contains affiliate links and commercial referral relationships. When you click through to partner services — including financial advisors, real estate platforms, travel booking sites, and others — RetireVibes may receive a referral fee or commission. These relationships do not affect which destinations are featured in your quiz results. The quiz matching algorithm is based solely on your answers, not commercial arrangements.
Paid placements in the advisor directory are clearly labeled as "Featured." The presence of a "Featured" label means the advisor or service has paid for placement; it is not an endorsement of the quality of their services by RetireVibes.
RetireVibes does not independently verify the credentials, licensing, professional standing, or accuracy of the claims made by advisor partners. You are responsible for conducting your own due diligence on any professional you engage through or as a result of this site.
RetireVibes does not collect your email address or create accounts. Your quiz answers, vibe label, and saved destinations are stored only in your browser's local storage on your own device — they are never transmitted to our servers. You can delete this data at any time by clearing your browser's site data for retirevibes.com.

The RetireVibes name, wordmark, design system, copy, quiz questions, and matching methodology are owned by RetireVibes (Natalie Barnes). You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any RetireVibes content without express written permission.
Destination photographs are licensed from third-party image providers (currently Unsplash). Their use is governed by the applicable license terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RetireVibes and its owner, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — this site, including but not limited to: damages for lost profits, lost savings, property damage, or other financial losses, even if RetireVibes has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
RetireVibes's total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the site shall not exceed the amount you paid to RetireVibes in the twelve months preceding the claim (which, for most users, is $0).

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of RetireVibes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Before initiating any legal proceeding, you agree to contact us at retirevibes@gmail.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. Most issues can be resolved this way.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of RetireVibes after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
